Jeff LaFave 
Jeff LaFave is the CEO and founder of SummitQwest. He brings over 20 years of experience in the management consulting industry and has been leading SummitQwest to its vision since 1998. It is his belief that for SummitQwest to achieve its vision, it must continually provide the highest level of quality and client satisfaction while providing a rewarding and challenging environment for its employees and a significant return to its shareholders.
Jeff has a vast array of experience in leading management consulting firms, including: senior management positions with a Big 5 accounting/consulting firm; a leading US-based global systems integration organization; and an internationally headquartered provider of information technology services. He was instrumental in the significant growth of each of these companies during his tenure with them.
Jeff also has extensive experience managing client relationships and leading client engagements. His experience includes work with many Fortune 50 firms, large professional service organizations, government agencies, as well as small and medium size organizations. He has partnered with organizations as diverse as financial institutions, law firms, manufacturing companies, distribution organizations, professional service firms, service companies, and government agencies. Jeff has a B.S. degree in Computer Science with minors in Business and Economics and an M.B.A. with emphasis in Finance both from Michigan State University.
